Shipping policy

Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a small team of humans, we work to the best of our abilities and we promise, we know how much receiving your order means to you!

We Primarily ship “USPS First Class” and “USPS Priority Mail”. Shipping times depend on your location. We’re located out of Connecticut, so if you’re close to us, you’ll receive your package sooner than your friends on the west coast. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. Usually shipping times are within 2-5 days in our experience, but if we’ve learned anything over the last few years it’s to expect the unexpected!

What To Do If Your Package Says "Delivered" But You Can't Find It?

1) Double check the shipping address you used.

2) Check with neighbors and/or people you live with to make sure that they didn’t receive it by mistake. Many times, packages are scanned delivered before they actually arrive - so give it a day or two.
