This Week's Quick Tip

I would consider myself somewhat of an introverted extrovert.

Meaning, I love my alone time and definitely need it to recharge my batteries. But I also love spending time around others, especially when it’s those I’m close with.

Now, when it comes to small talk or sparking conversations with strangers... I’m not a fan. But I’ll do it.

Why am I telling you this?

Well, because we’ve got something fun and exciting we’re announcing real soon, and I think you're going to like it. But it requires me to step out of my comfort zone and put myself out there.

Will it be a bit uncomfortable for an introvert like me? Yes. Yes it will.

But I know it will push me out of my comfort zone and help me grow into a better person.

So this week, I challenge you to do one small thing that will get you out of your comfort zone. You never know where it will lead.

This Week's Find The Good Story

This week’s find the good story is from Jordan. Hope it inspires you as much as it inspires us!

“Finding the good in people and things around me was challenging and still can be, but it is worth it.

It took me time and effort to look beyond the surface and find positive aspects. One way I find the good is by focusing on gratitude and appreciation. Taking time to reflect on the good things in life and the people who have positively impacted you is important for maintaining or improving a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Overcoming obstacles is also an important part of finding the good. Obstacles can be difficult, but they often provide opportunities for growth and learning. It's important to stay positive and keep moving forward, even when things get tough. I reminded myself that finding the good is a journey, not a destination. By focusing on gratitude, positivity, and perseverance, I found the good in people and things around me, including overcoming obstacles that came my way."
