Our goal is to help you get through the good and the bad days, the ups and the downs, and anything else that stands between you and a smile on your face.

This week's focus: The power of routines.

Let’s get after it!

This Week's Resource 📚

The Ultimate Morning Routine to Make You Happy and Productive

Whether you have your own morning routine or not (I’m more of a night routine type of guy myself), there’s no doubt doing the same thing every morning when you wake up can set you up for daily success.

Now, if you want to create a morning routine to help make you happier and more productive, the above article brings up a good point in that you should integrate a few different aspects:

• Mental
• Physical
• Spiritual
• Emotional

It doesn’t matter how small it is.

If you’re able to do something in at least one of these categories, and get consistent enough where it becomes a routine, you’ve already won the day before it’s even started.

Read the full article here to learn more about how you can create the perfect morning routine.

This Week's Quote 🗯

Morning is an important time of day because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you are going to have.”

This Week's Quick Tip 📝

While I don’t really have a morning routine of my own, I’ve recently started to get into a night time routine before going to bed. Here’s what it looks like:

Stretch. Journal. Read.

Yep, that’s it.

But that’s just the thing about routines. They don’t have to be long and complicated.

In fact, most of the time they shouldn’t be. Sometimes the more simple the better.

So if you’ve never been much of a morning or night time routine type of person...

Just do one small thing that your future self will thank you for.

Reading, making coffee, doing pushups when you wake up. Doesn't matter what it is.

Small changes lead to big outcomes.
