This week's focus: Embracing change.

Let’s get to it!

This Week's Resource 📚

How to Embrace Change in Your Life

Change can be... uncomfortable to deal with.

Whether you're going on a solo trip, quitting your job, or simply doing something that most people would think of as "weird." It can feel a bit odd.

But I always like to think (and my favorite YouTube channel, Yes Theory, would agree) that the best things in life come from stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing change.

You can't run from it, so learn to embrace it.

Here are a few ways you can embrace the changes in your life:

• Adopt a growth mindset
• Set clear goals
• Be confident

This Week's Quote 🗯

"Embrace uncertainty. Some of the most beautiful chapters in our lives won't have a title until much later.

This Week's Quick Tip 📝

Today's the last day at my job.

Yep, I'm quitting to go all in on the next chapter of my life. It's something I've been thinking about and planning for a long time.

Right now as I type this, I feel like a kid on the last day of school, excited for summer break.

But here's the thing. As excited as I am, it's also a bit scary and intimidating.

Because it's... change. It's different. It's uncomfortable.

But instead of running from it (I mean, I did choose it haha), I'm embracing this change. I'm stepping into this new chapter of my life full of confidence that things will turn out how I envisioned.

So the next time you're going through a massive change in your life, take a deep breath and know that things will work out.

Stop thinking about what can go wrong. And start thinking about all the beautiful things that will go right.

I'm rooting for you :)
