Hey there,
With a new month comes a whole new holiday…
Groundhog Day. When an animal determines if spring will come early this year or we’ll have another six weeks of winter.
And by the time you receive this, the verdict will already be in. Here’s to hoping Punxsutawney Phil decides spring will arrive early this year 🤞🏼

This Week’s Quick Tip
Ah yes… dreams. We all have ‘em. But it seems like so few of us actually have the chance to live them out.
Responsibilities come up. Priorities change. Life gets in the way.
Truth is, most of the time we know what we need to do to achieve our goals. Most of the time we know what we need to do to live out the life of our dreams.
But most of the time? We just don’t want to do the hard things that are required to get there. It takes a lot of discipline and self-motivation.
So if you need some motivation to keep going do the things necessary to reach your goals and dreams in life, try this:
Take three sticky notes. On one, ask yourself what you need to do every day to achieve your goals. On the other two, write out your biggest motivators in life. Then stick them somewhere you’ll see everyday.
Now every time you see them, they’ll act as a subtle reminder and inspiration to keep going whenever you don’t feel like it.
I recently did this and it’s been incredibly helpful so far. So try it out for yourself and let me know what you think!
This Week’s Find The Good Story
This week’s find the good story is from an anonymous member of our community Hope it inspires you as much as it inspires us!
“I’ve found good and happiness this past year through my friendships. Whenever I feel down, I cling to friendship and remind myself that I have some amazing people that care for me. Sometimes just the little things can get you through, like seeing your pet or a coffee break with a sibling.
A little over a year ago my friend invited me to her youth group, which turned out to be an amazing opportunity to meet some great new friends and my future college roommate. It’s things like this that remind me that even if yesterday wasn’t so great, there’s still an amazing future to come. But no matter what situation I’m in, God is always there to hear me. The verse John 14:27 has been a constant reminder to that I can find good and peace, even in my anxieties.”
