Hey there,
Okay, it feels like I just said this but I can’t believe we’ve already made it into a whole new month.
And yes, I know February’s the shortest month of the year. But man… time sure does fly by!

This Week’s Quick Tip
“How the heck did I end up here?” I thought to myself.
There I was, sitting at lunch with some of the wealthiest businessmen in all of Seattle. And all I could think about was how out of place I was. I felt like an imposter.
Sure, my grandpa was interviewing the CEO of the Seattle Kraken. Sure, he invited me to attend and was stoked I was able to make it.
But deep down… I was so nervous. Imposter syndrome started kicking in faster than a cheetah chasing its dinner. After all, I’m just some kid who happened to be sitting at the same lunch table as some of Seattle’s most recognized businessmen.
At least I did feel out of place until I slowly started to realize that these guys, these guys who the entire city looked up to? They’re really no different than you and me.
They’ve just got a different job and a bit more money in the bank. But at the end of the day, they’re human.
So the next time imposter syndrome starts kicking in, just remember that you’re meant to be exactly where you are. And the people you look up to are actually a lot more similar to you than you think.
Here’s your challenge for the week: Get out of your comfort zone and talk to one person (or do one thing) that seems a bit intimidating at first. The easiest way to beat imposter syndrome is to face it head on.
This Week’s Find The Good Story
This week’s find the good story is from Charlie. Hope it inspires you as much as it inspires us!
“I’ve been going to the gym consistently so I can achieve peak physical and mental health. Finding the good is a fantastic idea that shines a light on staying positive, which is something that’s much needed in the world today. As I try to find the good in my daily life, I keep coming back to a helpful, and it goes like this: “I deserve to know what it’s like to not give up on myself.” Whenever I’m feeling down or unmotivated, I remind myself of that quote so I can keep on finding the good in any of life’s situations.”
